Se kursusbeskrivelseYou will enhance your diagnostic approach to gastrointestinal disorders, learning how to recognise patterns, identify underlying causes, and select the most appropriate investigations. The course also covers the principles and practical applications of endoscopy in GI diagnostics, helping you understand when and how this tool should be used effectively.
A major component of the course is dedicated to hepatic and hepatobiliary diseases. You’ll deepen your understanding of the pathophysiology involved and learn to develop a systematic approach to evaluating jaundice and other hepatobiliary presentations. With a strong focus on clinical reasoning, you’ll refine your diagnostic strategies for both common and complex liver conditions.
The course also covers the pathophysiology of exocrine pancreatic disease, guiding you through the investigation of both acute and chronic presentations. Finally, you'll explore therapeutic options for managing hepatobiliary and pancreatic disorders, gaining practical insight into evidence-based treatment strategies.
By the end of the course, you will be well-prepared to confidently assess and manage patients with gastrointestinal, hepatic, and pancreatic disease using a structured, clinically relevant approach.

Dette kursus giver danske dyrlæger en grundlæggende forståelse af, hvordan kunstig intelligens (AI) kan integreres i deres kliniske arbejde for at optimere både kvaliteten af patientbehandlingen og arbejdsdage. Effective pain management is crucial for optimal patient outcomes, high client satisfaction, and ultimately has a positive impact on clinic resource utilization.
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the use of local anesthesia and analgesia through plexus and peripheral nerve blocks, as well as epidural blocks.
