Se kursusbeskrivelseThis session will explore the ‘anatomy’ of difficult conversations and the mindsets which makes them difficult and awkward in the first place. By knowing the common responses to each mindset, we are better able to navigate them without causing irrevocable damage to the relationship.
With Brian’s background and daily work as a veterinarian, combined with his Master’s degree in Psychology, he provides practical tools that directly relate to your everyday work in a veterinary clinic. Brian explains with empathy and humor, sharing valuable examples drawn from his many years of experience in veterinary practice.
