I want to change/delete my order, what do I do?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service at: +358 (0) 942 732 522 or at support@vetnordic.com. If the order has not yet been dispatched, both a change or cancellation possible. If the order has been dispatched, you still have the option of returning the goods in question free of charge via the enclosed return label. Fill in the enclosed return label and drop off the package at your nearest GLS parcel shop.

Our order has been partially delivered, when will we receive the rest?

All backorders on a given order are delivered free of charge as soon as they are back in stock at Vetnordic.
